The latest HVX-4500 Series Ballot Counting & Sorting System is an all-in-one unit, integrating main unit, sorting pockets, operating device(laptop) and printer. This consolidated structure provides efficient space utilization and enhances operational convenience.
The operating mechanism is engineered with an independent structure between main part and the stacker part using powerful BLDC motors. This design enables independent control and operation of the main and stacker sections, which maximizes equipment stability and operational efficiency. The classification boasts a high-speed performance of 350 ballots per minute, based on the standard 6-candidates ballot size (100x205mm).
The system is equipped with a total of 12 pockets for ballot sorting, along with a separate pocket for re-processing ballots. For paper feeding, it supports continuous loading using dual hoppers, with each hopper accommodating 400 ballots for a maximum capacity of 800 ballots.
During paper transport, the automatic hopper switching system is applied to ensure uninterrupted continuous operation. Furthermore, the system is equipped with an optical & ultrasonic double-feed detection function to minimize paper feeding errors and enhance accuracy. For ease of use, an emergency stop button is built into the unit, allowing for immediate control at any point during operation.
Notably, the system incorporates CCRW technology, a patented innovation developed by Hantle, to guarantee stable and efficient operation.
