This product is the 2nd Generation Mail-in Ballot Reader & Scanner optimized for pre-election envelopes. It features automatic envelope feeding, scanning, and barcode reading capabilities.

This model is a significant upgrade from its predecessor HERM-1000, having been reborn with an improved pickup mechanism, more precise drive control, enhanced recognition performance, and user-friendly software.

To ensure accuracy, the product incorporates a side CIS (Contact Image Sensor) to provide an envelope double detection function. For user convenience, it supports a 7-inch LCD touch panel and an audio guidance function.

In terms of performance, the machine can handle up to max 50 envelopes per batch and rapidly processes high volumes of return envelopes at a speed of over 100 per minute. Furthermore, it is designed for system scalability, allowing it to be interlinked with a handheld barcode reader.
